Complete remodelling and extension of a detached two-storey Arts and Crafts property to; thermally upgrade and increase living accommodation, create a more social layout suited to modern family life, and improve the connection to the lovely surrounding gardens. Planning consent has been granted for a two-storey side extension, rear extension accommodating new kitchen and a full width loft conversion. The design draws its inspiration from the original character, richly detailed and continuing in the tradition of craftsmanship and honesty of materials.
